In addition to my musings on this site I also chime in at places like Recruiting Daily and HRExaminer. I’ve served as a social media/technology team member and blogger at HR and Recruiting conferences and HR Technology conferences in order to generate content, create brand awareness, and increase organic and direct traffic.

Why do they ask me (you may be wondering)?  Probably because once upon a time I was listed as one of the “Top 100 Most Social HR Leaders on Twitter” by The Huffington Post and one of the 2015 HR Recruiting Thought Leaders to Follow by Glassdoor. I even served as a Social Media Ambassador for the Miss USA pageant (of all things).
